In the event the owner, occupant, lessee, agent or other person having charge of such land fails to comply with the provisions of this chapter, the legislative authority of this Municipality may order the chapter to be complied with at its discretion and any and all costs incurred and not paid within thirty days after notice has been given to the owner or other person having charge of such land shall be certified to the County Auditor for collection as provided in Ohio R.C. 731.53 and 731.54.
