It shall be the absolute responsibility, duty and obligation of such property owner or owners to keep the sidewalk in good order and repair. If any person sustains any injury to his person or property therefor in any action against the Municipality, such property owner or owners abutting along the sidewalk which is not in good order and repair, shall be held liable to the Municipality and shall save harmless the Municipality for the amount of such recovery and the cost to it of defending such action.
