787.04 PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall engage in, operate, own, conduct, carry on, or permit to be engaged in, operated, owned, conducted or carried on in the Municipality, the operation of an adult entertainment establishment without first having obtained a permit from the Municipality.

(b) A separate permit is required for each location at which an adult entertainment establishment is operated.
