735.15 LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
   Any taxicab driver who is convicted by a court of competent jurisdiction of violating any of the provisions of the ordinances of the Municipality or the laws of the State relating to motor vehicles, their operation or equipment, or is convicted of a misdemeanor committed while he is in charge of a taxicab, shall be subject, in addition to other penalties prescribed by law for said violation to have his license suspended for a period of thirty days. At the end of thirty days said license shall be restored upon application of the license. Upon a subsequent conviction of such a misdemeanor, or in case of the commission of any felony by the taxicab driver, in addition to other penalties prescribed for said violation, the Mayor may permanently revoke said taxicab driver’s license and no licence shall again be issued to said taxicab driver.
