The following schedule of rates shall apply within the corporate limits of the Municipality:
(a) Sixty cents (60¢) for the first quarter of a mile;
(b) Ten cents (10¢) for each quarter of a mile thereafter; and
(c) Waiting time: ten cents (10¢) per minute or six dollars ($6.00) per hour.
