735.09 TAXICAB DRIVER’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab or automobile for hire as a taxicab driver within the Municipality without first procuring or renewing and maintaining in full force and effect a taxicab driver’s license.
