715.08 AUGERING METHOD PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person, firm or corporation shall take or remove coal within the limits of the Municipality by the augering method.
   (b)   The term "augering" means the taking or removing of coal by the use of augers. The term "coal" as used in the foregoing section shall mean the Pittsburgh or No. 8 vein of coal.
