There have been numerous complaints as to the operation of auto and truck body repair shops in residential areas in the Municipality operating at late hours and creating disturbances. It is necessary to protect the peace, health, welfare and well-being of the citizens of the Municipality, by regulating the hours of auto and truck body repair shops.
