(a) The Fiscal Officer shall notify by certified mail, the alarm user who has received four false alarms on its record within the current calendar year, citing the location and date of each false alarm. This notice shall include a statement that an accumulation of six false alarms within the calendar year shall be cause for imposing a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) upon the alarm user for each additional false alarm recorded within that calendar year.
(b) The Fiscal Officer shall notify by certified mail the alarm user who has received six false alarms on its record within the calendar year. This notice shall include a statement that effective with the receipt of the seventh false alarm, a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be imposed upon the alarm user for each additional false alarm recorded for the remainder of that calendar year; and shall forthwith initiate the imposing of said fees on a month to month basis.
