(a) The Chief of the Police Department shall maintain, or shall have maintained, a complete record of the sequence of events precipitated by the report of the activation of an intrusion alarm.
(b) The Chief shall certify to the Fiscal Officer of the Municipality, by the fifth day of each calendar month, a complete listing of all incidents involving the activation of an intrusion alarm during the preceding month, complete with dates, times, and disposition of each incident.
