(a) There is hereby established a registration license for all establishments operating any type of business within the corporation limits of the Municipality.
(b) This license registration shall be without cost to the business and shall be issued upon request from the Village Administrator.
(c) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all business establishments now doing business within the corporation limits, as well as those businesses established in the future.
(d) The Village Administrator is authorized and directed to create registration forms and to send a copy to all existing businesses and any future businesses located within the Municipality. Each business shall complete the form and return the same to the Village Administrator within thirty (30) days of receipt of the registration form.
