9-2-10: ALTERNATIVE METHOD:

This chapter is intended to establish an alternative method for the financing of public improvements for lands that will be reasonably benefited thereby and the provisions hereof shall not be construed to limit the power of the town to utilize any other lawful method for accomplishing this purpose.
