The board of adjustment shall adopt bylaws and rules of procedure that shall be approved by the town council and shall hold a public hearing on all applications and appeals with the following special conditions required:
A. A notice of the hearing shall be given to the persons in the area affected in the manner prescribed by the board of adjustment.
B. For applications for variances relating to the use requirements of this chapter, the applicant shall be responsible for posting of signs, prepared by the planning department. Such sign shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the subject premises no less than fifteen (15) days before such public hearing.
C. Any final determination of the board of adjustment shall be reported in writing over the signature of the chairman of such board, and a copy of such report shall be furnished the applicant, the planning department and the town clerk. The board of adjustment shall authorize issuance of any permits, licenses or other instruments necessary to implement or enforce such determination. (Ord. 485, Series of 2014)
