8-3-9: UTILITIES; ARRANGEMENTS AND LOCATION:
   A.   General: In general, utility systems shall be arranged as outlined in the "Town Of Winter Park Standards And Specifications For Design And Construction" and in such a manner to avoid cross connections, minimize trenching, and adequately separate incompatible systems. (Ord. 459, Series of 2012)
   B.   Sewer Plans And Designs:
      1.   Sanitary sewer plans shall comply with applicable standards and technical procedures adopted by the state board of health, and the respective water and sanitation districts. (Ord. 77, Series of 1982)
      2.   Sanitary sewer plans other than on lot standards and technical systems shall comply with applicable standards and technical procedures adopted by the state board of health. (Ord. 59, Series of 1981)
   C.   Water Supply:
      1.   Water supply systems shall be provided consistent with standards of the requirements of these subdivision regulations and the respective regulations of the water and sanitation districts.
      2.   Water supply systems shall be designed and located so as to minimize or eliminate infiltration and avoid their impairment during or subsequent to flooding. (Ord. 77, Series of 1982)
