3-1-6: ESTABLISHMENT TO OBTAIN LICENSE FOR EACH BUSINESS:

An annual business license shall be obtained for each place of business within the town regardless of whether the business conducted therein is a separate business or a branch, division or agency of a licensed business situated at another location in town. (Ord. 198, Series of 1991)
