It is unlawful for any person(s) to erect, construct, alter, move, use or maintain any sign, banner or structure, or cause or allow the same to be done, in violation of the provisions of this chapter.
For each and every violation of the provisions of this chapter, and for each and every day that such violation continues, said violation shall be punishable as set forth in subsection 1-4-1C of this code. Persons charged with a violation may include:
A. The owner, lessee, tenant, contractor or any other person using the land, building, or premises where such violation has been committed or shall exist; or
B. Any person who knowingly commits, takes part, or assists in such violation; or
C. Any person who maintains any land, building, or premises in which such violation shall exist. (Ord. 473, Series of 2013)
