A. All improvement design and construction shall meet the "town of Winter Park standards and specifications for design and construction" or the applicable water and sanitation district's standards and specifications for design and construction. All street improvement work shall be approved by the town engineer and/or water and sanitation district.
B. Colorado department of transportation access permits will be required if the subdivision is to access U.S. Highway 40. (Ord. 354, Series of 2005)
