Any person may appeal any decision rendered by the Street Superintendent or Town Manager concerning the enforcement of this chapter to the Town Council. The reasons for the appeal shall be stated in writing. The appeal shall be heard at the next regularly scheduled Town Council meeting. At that meeting, the appellant shall have an opportunity to be heard. Within thirty (30) days of the meeting, the Town Council shall render a decision on the appeal. The decision of the Town Council shall be final, subject only to judicial review as provided by law. (Ord. 459, Series of 2012)
