6-1-12: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:
   A.   It is unlawful to violate any provision of this Chapter.
   B.   Violations of this Chapter shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Chapter 4 of Title 1 of this Code. Each day of violation shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 619, Series of 2024)
