4-2-17: INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, molest, hinder or prevent the members of the police department, an animal control officer, or any licensed veterinarian of the state, in the discharge of their respective duties as prescribed in this chapter, or to violate any of the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 419, Series of 2009)
