An appeal of any decision by the Community Development Director made pursuant to this Chapter, including denial, suspension, or revocation of a permit, may be made by filing with the Town a written notice of appeal within fourteen (14) days of the date of the decision being appealed. The Town Council will hear such appeal de novo within thirty (30) days of the filing of the appeal at a public hearing. Failure to file an appeal within the time allotted shall be a jurisdictional bar to such appeal. The decision of the Town Council shall be final, subject only to judicial review under C.R.C.P. 106(a)(4).
