3-9-5: TERM AND RENEWAL:
   A.   A short-term vending permit shall be valid for the period stated in the permit, unless revoked or suspended prior to expiration. A long-term vending permit shall be valid for one (1) year, unless revoked or suspended prior to expiration.
   B.   Permit renewal shall be processed in the same manner as the initial application.
