3-9-2: PERMIT REQUIRED:
   A.   It is unlawful for any person to engage in mobile vending in the Town without first obtaining a permit pursuant to this Chapter.
   B.   In addition to a permit issued pursuant to this Chapter, a special use permit issued pursuant to Title 7 of this Code is required for long-term mobile vending.
   C.   In addition to all permits required by this Code, events within Hideaway Park require a vendor license from the Chamber of Commerce.
