It is unlawful for any person, wilfully, maliciously, intentionally or unnecessarily, to disturb the peace and quiet of another or of any neighborhood or family or religious congregation or other assembly within the town by loud or unusual noises or indecent behavior, offensive and unbecoming conduct (where such behavior or conduct is likely to cause an immediate breach of the peace).
Any violation of the provisions of this section is hereby declared a nuisance. (Ord. 232, Series of 1995)
