Natural gas service shall not be made available to any premises unless the gas piping, valves, fittings, fixtures or gas-burning devices upon the premises conform to the requirements of the 2006 International Building Code as adopted by the town and made a part of this code of ordinances. Services may be refused or terminated by the town where it has been determined that the customer is violating the provisions of the Building Code or other provisions of the code of ordinances of the town pertaining to gas installations.
