For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARBAGE. Includes all animal, fruit and other vegetable matter and all organic refuse resulting from the preparation of food.
WASTE MATTER. Includes grass, ashes, tin cans, metal ware, broken glass, crockery, stoneware and all non-putrescible wastes.
