§ 36.31 USE OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   (A)   A listing of real property including public buildings is maintained in a real property inventory list in the Town Hall.
   (B)   Whenever possible, town-owned buildings or property not used by the town should be revenue-producing and not a drain on the taxpayers.
