The Municipal Judge shall hold at least one session of Municipal Court in each week. He or she shall also hold other sessions as may be required to dispatch the judicial affairs of the town. In the event that the Municipal Judge cannot attend any session of court, the assistant Municipal Judge(s) shall hold court in his or her stead.
