§ 35.09 VACANCY.
   In the case of a vacancy in the Office of Municipal Judge by death, resignation or otherwise, the Council may appoint a successor to fill the unexpired term. In the case of the temporary absence, sickness or disability of the Municipal Judge, the Council may appoint an interim, temporary Municipal Judge.
