§ 33.43 PROCEEDINGS BEFORE TOWN COUNCIL FOR RELIEF OF TAXPAYER.
   The Town Council shall hear and determine, upon satisfactory proof, the petition of any taxpayer praying relief for any cause, and especially on the ground that all taxes due upon the property have been paid or that portions of the taxes have been paid, and an offer to pay the balance, accompanied by the sum admitted to be owing. The Council shall grant the relief of the premises as may be just.
