§ 33.42 RESPONSIBILITY OF TAX COLLECTOR FOR EXECUTION AND COLLECTION.
   The Tax Collector shall be responsible for all executions delivered to him or her and for all funds realized thereunder. He or she shall keep a proper account thereof.
