§ 33.41 TAX COLLECTOR’S BOND TO COVER MONEY COLLECTED BY HIM OR HER PURSUANT TO EXECUTIONS.
   The town shall be protected by the official bond of the Tax Collector for the proper collection and payment by him or her to the Finance Director of all moneys received by him or her pursuant to executions delivered to him or her.
