§ 33.34 RECEIPT AND DUPLICATE WARRANT GIVEN TO PURCHASER.
   Upon compliance by the purchaser with the terms of the sale, the authorized official shall give to the purchaser a receipt for the purchase money and shall annex the receipt to the duplicate execution. The authorized official shall endorse the duplicate execution with a statement of his or her actions thereunder.
