§ 33.01 FISCAL YEAR DESIGNATED.
   (A)   From and after the passage of this section the fiscal year of the town shall end on June 30 of each year.
   (B)   All records, accounts, statements, accounting periods and financial matters of the town shall hereafter conform to this fiscal year termination date.
