§ 30.073 NONPARTISAN ELECTIONS.
   (A)   All regular and special elections for the Offices of Mayor and Council shall be nonpartisan general elections pursuant to state law.
   (B)   The election results shall be determined according to the nonpartisan plurality method prescribed in S.C. Code § 5-15-61.
   (C)   No political party affiliation shall be placed on any ballot for any candidate.
