The Town Utility Director and/or the Building Inspector shall provide proper notification of the erosion and sediment control ordinance to those persons applying for a building and/or grading permit and shall provide the necessary forms required for application for securing approval of the erosion and sediment control plan by the town. A copy of this chapter may also be made available upon request.
