§ 152.24 VARIANCES AND EXCEPTIONS.
   The town may, upon application to it and showing undue hardship, grant variances and exceptions to any of the provisions of this chapter, provided the variance or exception is, in the judgment of the Board, in harmony with the general purpose and intent of this chapter.
