(A) The Council may have conference meetings as permitted by the State Freedom of Information Act and this code at the times and in the places as may be deemed necessary and in the public interest by the Mayor or any member of Council.
(B) No formal vote shall be taken upon any matter under discussion at this conference, but an informal polling of Council may be made if desired by any member of Council.
(C) The Manager may, if time permits, give notice to the news media that a conference meeting will be held pursuant to law without stating the specific matters to be discussed. When advance notice is not given, the Manager may give notice of the meeting after it has been held.
(D) No vote of Council shall be necessary to call a conference meeting.
