§ 90.19 COMPLAINANT’S IDENTIFICATION TO REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL.
   The identity, or information tending to reveal the identity, of any individual who in good faith makes a complaint or otherwise discloses information, which alleges a violation of this chapter, shall remain confidential to the agency receiving the report unless the complainant authorizes the release of his or her identity, provided, however, the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act is complied with by the Town of Winnsboro.
