It shall be the responsibility of the party to whom the parade permit is issued to provide for the post- parade cleanup. A cleanup deposit may be required by the town to ensure proper cleanup. A determination concerning proper cleanup beyond normal street cleaning and sanitation efforts shall be determined by the Streets and Sanitation Department Director.
