§ 72.08 APPEAL PROCEDURE.

Any person aggrieved shall have the right to appeal the denial of a parade permit to the Town Council. The appeal shall be taken within five days after receipt of the notice of denial. The Town Council shall act not later than its next regular meeting after receipt of the notice of appeal.
