§ 72.06 NOTICE OF REJECTION.
   The Public Safety Director or the Town Manager shall act upon the application for a parade permit within three days after the filing thereof. If the Public Safety Director or the Town Manager disapproves the application, he or she shall mail to the applicant, by return receipt registered mail within three days after the date which the application was filed, a notice of his or her action, setting forth the reason(s) for his or her denial of the permit and a return of the post-parade cleanup deposit if applicable.
