For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PARADE. Any parade, march, ceremony, show, exhibition, pageant or procession of any kind, or rallies or demonstrations, or any similar display in or upon any street, sidewalk, public place, park or other outdoor places owned or under control of the town.
PARADE PERMIT. A permit as required by this chapter.
PERSON. Any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company, group or organization of any kind.
PUBLIC SAFETY DIRECTOR. The Public Safety Director of this town.
TOWN. The Town of Winnsboro, South Carolina.
TOWN MANAGER. The Town Manager of this town.
