It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in any of the driveways leading from the public streets of the town to and into the parking area in a manner as to obstruct the flow of vehicular traffic into and from the parking area, and it shall also be unlawful to park any vehicle in the parking area in a manner as to prohibit the free movement of any other parked vehicle or to obstruct the use of the remaining part of the parking area.
