§ 70.07 RAILROADS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any railway company to permit its engines or the cars of any train to block a public street or road crossing in the town for a longer period than five minutes.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or any railroad company operating any train through the town to operate the train or engine or part thereof at speed greater than 20 mph.
