§ 54.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision or section of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $200 or imprisonment for a term not to exceed 30 days.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who is found to have violated an order of the Town Council or who willfully or negligently fails to comply with any provisions of §§ 54.40 through 54.50, and the orders, rules, regulations and permits issued hereunder, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense. Each day on which a violation shall occur or continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
      (2)   Any person who is convicted of violations of the provisions of § 54.47(D) shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $500.
