§ 54.09 PERMIT; CONNECTION TO TOWN SYSTEM.
   Any person desiring to connect with the town’s sanitary sewer system shall apply for a connection as described herein and paying applicable tap fees. Application for sewer connection shall be made in writing on forms provided by the town. The application may be denied if not consistent with town requirements.
