§ 54.05 SEPTIC TANKS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful to install a septic tank within the town if a connection can be made to the sewer system of the town. In the event a connection to the town system is not available, all plans and specifications for septic tanks shall be in accordance with and shall meet standards as established by the Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC).
