§ 54.03 INDUSTRIAL WASTE.
   Industrial wastes will not be permitted into the system in excess of the capacity of the treatment facility to effectively treat the wastes. By reference, industrial wastes are cited in the sewer use ordinance codified in §§ 54.40 through 54.49.
