(A) If any portion of this subchapter is held to be unconstitutional for any reason, the remaining portions of this subchapter shall not be affected
(B) The provisions of this subchapter shall prevail and control in the event of any inconsistency between this subchapter and other rules and regulations of the town.
(C) Nothing in this subchapter shall be deemed to invalidate or be interpreted in a manner inconsistent with any covenants now in effect and given as security to holders of bonds secured by revenues of the system.
